It was a perfect day for bike ride. Now I'm ready for a beer and a nap.

I'm going to go on 20+ mile bike ride today. From my house to Lake Calhoun with a few stops in between.

Rode my bike today. Got a flat tire. I guess I should have gotten that tire repair kit after all.

I must have had WAY too much fun at work to stay an whole extra hour!!!

I know it may not sound like a big deal, but I just biked 5 miles from my house to One On One. I haven't biked that far since high school.

PLEASE...for the love of God people...put some clothes on! No one needs to see all of your fun stuff at the laundry mat!

The time is now...beer:thirty.
